Quality Policy

Quality Control

Quality begins with our management staff, continues with our experienced machinists, and is completed with our conscientious quality assurance department. On-time performance, continuous improvement and employee involvement are just a few of the principles that have made us a world class corporation. There are a number of factors that contribute to the strict quality standards that Global Manufacturing Solutions upholds; from vision systems and calibration techniques/equipment, to laboratory testing and self-automated assembly machines, to surface-finish measuring instruments and concentricity gages. Our highly skilled quality control professionals are all trained through a rigorous training program to ensure that they understand the quality expectations of Global Manufacturing Solutions.

Our ample inventory of measuring and inspection equipment is kept to a strict calibration schedule, being carefully monitored and controlled. All components are inspected from the receiving of raw material, the setup of the machines, in-process production and shipping. Our production processes are monitored through Statistical Process Control (SPC). All these factors combined ensure that we can meet the strictest of customer requirements.

Quality Assurance

To ensure that our product realization processes are conducted under strict process controls, and that we consistently deliver high quality products, on time, our Quality Management System (QMS) is registered to the ISO 9001 standard.

Our QMS has been developed with the flexibility that allows us to meet customer quality, pricing, and delivery requirements, as well as customer and/or product specific requirements. We pride ourselves in meeting and exceeding our customer’s demands.
